What time should I arrive at the game venue?Please arrive at National Gallery 15 minutes early to store your belongings and join the pre-experience briefing.

What happens if I’m late?Latecomers cannot join once the game has started, but we'll assist you in joining the next available slot.

How long is the experience?1 hour.

Is there an age requirement?Recommended for ages 16+. Participants will be split into groups for gameplay.

How should I dress?Dress comfortably, as you'll be standing for about 20 minutes.

Can I bring my bags and food/drinks?No food or drinks are allowed. Lockers are available for your belongings.

Can I take photos or videos?No photography or videography is allowed inside the experience. You are welcome to take photos outside. No re-entry is allowed.

Any special effects I should be aware of?Expect flashing lights and loud sounds.

Is there a minimum number of players?Each session needs at least 4 players to start. If you come in a group that's less than 4, we will group you with other players. If the minimum isn't met, we'll place you in the next available game.

Do I need to speak a particular language to experience Scarce City?Games and post game discussions will be conducted in English.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?Full refunds are available for cancellations made over 72 hours in advance of your slot. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any events if necessary. We will notify you and tickets will be refunded. Follow @scarce_city.sg on Instagram for the latest updates.
